The Zion Pain Management Center (ZPMC) is designed and equipped to offer a full spectrum of both diagnostic and therapeutic procedures for the treatment of pain. Examples of common procedures performed at the center include epidural steroid injections to relieve pain and inflammation from spinal disc herniations, joint injections and nerve blocks. Advanced interventional techniques are also offered such as radiofrequency lesioning, spinal cord stimulation, and discography.

Patients receiving a procedure at ZPMC are offered conscious sedation, and our modern procedure room includes an anesthesia machine and monitoring equipment to ensure patient comfort and safety. In addition, we are equipped with a mobile x-ray unit, also called a C-arm or fluoroscope, which allows the doctor to visualize skeletal anatomy while performing procedures.
