Office hours and appointments

Patients are seen between the hours of 8:00 am and 12:00 am in the morning and 1:00 pm and 5:00 pm in the afternoon, Monday through Thursday. Patients are seen by appointment only. If your condition is such that you need to be seen immediately, let the office know and every effort will be made to see you quickly.  If your situation is critical, you may need to go to the emergency room at the hospital.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, it is very important that you notify the office at least 24 hours in advance, so that the appointment can be assigned to someone else.   If you fail to notify the office in advance that you will not be able to make your appointment, you will be billed $50.00 or, if you are a private pay patient, $50.00 will be deducted from your deposit.  Please be aware that a patient who fails to show up for an appointments three or more times without giving the scheduling office 24 hour notice, will be asked to find another provider.
