Zion Pain Management Center, LLC was started in 1998 by Dr. Dale Stott, a double board certified pain medicine specialist, and his wife Deborah, a registered nurse, to fill a real need in Southern Utah with its large population of retirees and outdoor recreation and sports enthusiasts for a state-of-the-art pain clinic. Today the Center has a national reputation for excellence and draws patients from all over the western United States and Canada.
